Making sonnet and quatrain poem
Steps:
1.     Look for poem samples that you intend to do.
·        The poems below are the samples I chose.

To the virgins to make much of time
by: Robert Henrick

Gather ye rosebuds while he may,
Old time is still a-flying;
And this same flower that smiles today
Tomorrow will be dying

The glorious lamp of heaven, the sun,
The higher he's a-getting,
The sooner will his race be run,
And nearer his to setting.

That age is best which is the first,
When youth and blood are warmer;
But being spent, the worse, and worst
Times still succeed the former.

Then be not coy, but use your time,
And while ye may. go marry;
For having lost but once your prime,
You may forever tarry.

How do I love thee?
by: Elizabeth Barrett Browning

How do I love thee? Let me count the ways.
I love thee to the depth and breadth and height
My soul can reach, when feeling out sight
For the ends of being ideal and grace.
I love thee to the level of every day's
Most quit need, by the sun and candle - light.
I love freely, as man strives for right.
I love thee purely, as they turn from praise.
I love thee with the passion put to use
In my old griefs, and my childhood's faith.
I love thee with the love I seemed to lose
With my lost saints. I love thee with  my breath,
Smiles, tears, of my life; and, if God choose,
I shall love thee better after death.

Elements

It is the sun that shines so bright
Which gives the hope to mankind
The heat that comes upon its rays
Answer the needs men demand.

It is the wind that softly sings
And cools the lovely place around
With the breeze it releases
Enough to make one feel relieved.

It’s the water that flows so pure
Along the spring and the fall
Both fresh and clean goes by nature
That’s the reason I’m thankful.

It is the love that makes things work
It’s the thing that we need most
We love the things we like to look
Give respect with all its worth.

Sonnet I: Friendship

Once, we only know ‘bout each other’s name
We live in one world with thoughts that differ
The life we lead before does not matter
Cause now our will are very much the same
We met in better place and perfect time
Maybe we’re destined and be together
Since we are all being a dream bearer
We also have something as part of realm
Now we are friends - no one can ever break
We love each other and never to part
I’m sure no one will try to take the risk
We’ll keep going strong with a faith in heart
Cause we’re all strong and forever will stick.
We will be true friends up to the last breath.
